A 58 year Female presented with C/o right middle finger pain and tenderness.

The glomus tumor is a rare benign neoplasm that arises from the neuroarterial structure called a glomus body, with the average age of presentation being from 30 to 50 years.
The most common clinical presentation is of moderate pain, temperature sensitivity and point tenderness.
Since the mass is usually very small in size, it is very difficult to palpate. Hence, MRI is the imaging modality of choice. Contrast MRI has a significant role in the diagnosis of glomus tumors.
Early tumor recognition allows surgical resection that completely resolves the crippling, chronic pain associated with these lesions.
